Arlon DPF 6000x is our brand new superior cast vehicle wrapping film designed for many types of vehicle wrap applications.  Arlon DPF 6000x has an Air Xscape adhesive that allows installers to achieve speedy installation while maintaining a high enough tack to ensure a long term bond.

Arlon DPF 6000x is soft enough to allow maximum flexibility around curves and deep channels. DPF 6000x also had the added benefit of a primer between the adhesive and the face film to ensure extra strength in deep curves and channels.

Arlon DPF 6000x is available in 760mm, 1370mm, 1524mm x 45.7m rolls.

*Conect reccommends purchasing this product as a KIT. The kit includes 1 roll of DPF 6000X as well as the matching 3220 over laminate. Combined price of the two is an amazingly low $1395 plus GST. It is best to use Arlon 3220 over laminate with Arlon DPF 6000x print film as a rule rather than mix brands.

Avery Multi-Purpose Inkjet vinyl 1040 is a gloss transparent highly conformable self-adhesive vinyl. It is suitable for use on a variety of super wide format inkjet and airbrush printers using solvent ink. Because of the film‘s excellent durability and conformability, Avery MPI 1040 Transparent is highly recommended for applications on rivets and corrugations and/or prolonged outdoor use.

Arlon DPF 6000 is a repositionable/permanent adhesive cast vinyl specifically formulated for solvent-based ink jet printers to give the ultimate in resolution and quick drying. This 2-mil film features a face stock with superior conformability and an adhesive that facilitates easy installation. With an outdoor durability of 5 years, DPF 6000 is the perfect film for fleet or vehicle wraps, decals and markings over flat, corrugated, riveted or seamed surfaces. A variety of sizes are provided to meet most applications. Additionally, the product is offered to meet specifications for the Arizona printers designated by the RW for reverse wound on notched cores.

Arlon DPF 6500 is a printable translucent permanent adhesive cast film formulated for backed and internally illuminated graphics created on solvent-based ink jet printers. This premium 2-mil cast translucent vinyl yields high-resolution images with excellent colour saturation and is available in the most popular roll sizes. This product carries an outdoor durability rating of up to 5 years.

3MIJI180 with Comply Performance is a 2 mil film that offers great versatility along with 3M’s Comply performance feature and repositionable adhesive for the easiest graphic application. This medium to long term removable film is perfect for interior and exterior signs and fleet graphics, including surfaces with corrugations and rivets. It is designed for piezo ink jet printing.

Arlon DPF 2400 Reflective Vinyl is a 5 mil reflective with an initial high tack permanent adhesive.  Arlon DPF 2400 is ideal for both flat and irregular surfaces especially vehicle applications and is a good alternative to 3M 680 CR.

Arlon DPF 2400 meets the Australian Class 2 specifications for reflectivity.

Arlon DPF 6000XRP is a 2-mil gloss white cast film with X-scape Technology. DPF 60000XRP has bubble release, tinted, repositionable, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows for speedy installations while maintaining high enough tack for long term bonds. Arlon DPF 6000XRP, a premium quality cast face stock with a lay-flat liner is designed for large format graphics. The adhesive provides excellent opacity, easy installation and superior conformability around rivets, curves, and contours. Arlon DPF6000XRP is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.
