DOL 1360 is the preferred match for MPI 1005 Easy Apply Super Cast print products.

Metamark MG-300 - Intermediate Calendered Overlaminate

Metamark MetaGuard 300 is a  70 micron monomeric calendered self adhesive vinyl overlaminate.

Metamark MG-300 provides an increased resistance to abrasion and durability of the print.  It can be applied over flat or semi- curved surfaces and has a solvent based adhesive that eliminates problems during wet application.

 

Best matched with Metamark MD-3 because both are monomeric calendered films.

Metamark MG-700 - Premium Calendered Overlaminate

Metamark MetaGuard 700 is a 70 micron polymeric calendered self ahdvesive vinyl overlaminate.

Metamark MetaGuard 700 is moderately conformable so is suitable for prints applied over curved sufaces. Metamark MetaGuard 700 is suitable for lamination of interior or exterior applications and has a good long-term durability.  It can be applied over flat or semi-curved surfaces and has a solvent based adhesive that eliminates problems during wet application.

Best match with Metamark MD-5 because both are polymeric calendered films.

 

Metamark MG-900 - Premium Cast Vehicle Wrap Overlaminate

Metamark MetaGuard 900 is a 53 micron premium cast self adhesive vinyl overlaminate.

Metamark MetaGuard 900 was developed for overlaminating prints on vehicle wrapping applications.  The Metamark MetaGuard 900 is highly conformable allowing applications over compound curves, corrugations and rivets.

Metamark MetaGuard 900 is best matched with Metamark MD-7 because they are both cast vinyls made for vehicle wrapping, eliminating problems of differential weathering on curved surfaces.
