The Applikator 2R Series pressure sensitive laminator has been designed with the low to medium volume user in mind, and for those with little space available. Fully assembled in the box, the machine is easy to set up and easy to operate.

Features:

• Two 51mm diameter solid steel rollers coated in EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diamine Monomer) rubber ground and polished for a very high quality finish.
• Dry Mounting of media onto soft substrates up to 5mm thick without any adjustment to the machine. No air compressor is required. Upper wind-off system comes as standard, with the optional lower rewind kit enabling total encapsulation of an item.
• Pre-assembly allows the machine to be ready for use within minutes of removing it from the box. No more lengthy and difficult setup. A rear cut-off knife for ease of trimming as standard.
• A highly durable steel frame mobile stand comes as standard on laminators over 1360. It is an option for all sizes below 1360.

Safety Features:

• An emergency stop button coupled with an on/off switch are fitted as standard equipment.
• A foot switch enables the operator to have both hands free for loading and operation of the machine.

The Applikator 4R Plus is a pressure sensitive laminator, which can be used to quickly and easily apply a wide range of pressure sensitive materials, including pre-mask or transfer tape, sand blasting or etching resisting vinyl.

Taped decals or vinyl signage can be applied to signs which have already been laminated or already on a substrate (up to 13mm thick).

Mounting of media on to thick substrates such as foamboard, wood, metals etc. becomes an easy task.

• Upper and lower release paper rewind mandrels for total encapsulation of media.
• A highly durable steel frame mobile stand comes as standard on laminators over 1360. It is an option for all sizes below 1360.

The Makrolam 1650 is a wide format, heavy duty pressure sensitive laminator, designed to meet high capacity use while providing very high quality results.

With two 85mm (3.3") Rubber rollers for even pressure, a powerful variable speed reversible motor, sturdy construction and opening rollers, the Makrolam 1650 easily meets the needs of almost all pressure sensitive laminating applications.

Double ended brakes on each mandrel allow for accurate film tensioning. Now available with optional upper heat assist roller
