Sign Vinyl Product Range - Spray and Mask Films

Avery Signmask is a flexible, self-adhesive masking film offers a sharp edge finish to the painted graphic. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates and is ideal for stencilling large painted decorations on flat substrates such as rigid truck and van sides, sign boards, plywood, banners, plastics, (including glass fibre-reinforced plastics).

Metamark Signmask is a high quality and versatile stencil film for use on rigid or flexible surfaces. The 100 micron translucent matt film gives clear edge definition, whilst the low tack adhesive can be removed without leaving adhesive residue. Can be used on a wide variety of substrates but do take care on highly plasticised banners.

ASLAN PAINT MASK is a thin highly conformable film that has a grey anti reflective surface making it highly visible, yet transparent, on all subtrates. The carefully formulated, water based adhesive is compatiable with most paints/inks.  Suitable for use on both rigid and flexible substrates.

ASLAN PAINT MASK is great for smooth surfaces and is ideal for producing lettering and graphics stencil for : awnings and flexible PVC substrates, vinyl banners, painted substrates, acrylic sheets, tautliners, trucks, vehicles and airbrushing.

 

Anchor Sandblast stencils are available in 15" and 30" punched. They are rubber resistant with a 7-mil polyethylene clear liner for ease of handling. Available in high tack for use on raw wood surfaces as well as medium tack for pre-treated and pre-painted surfaces it can also be used on glass, tile, synthetic stone and sign foam.

Hartco Sandmask is designed to be a general-purpose resist used on a wide variety of substrates that is an all around strong performing product. The superior vinyl formulation offers a thin, easy to cut resist, but with a high degree of protection and blastability. The 400 Series is available un punched for hand cutting and friction cutting machines and gives a clean, crisp cut every time.
