POLI-FLEX® 4950 CHALKBOARD is our latest polyurethane transfer film with chalkboard characteristics. The film is equipped with a specifial PU surface suitable for lettering with chalk after heat transfer. Chalk can be wiped away easily with a wet cloth for multiple application. Due to the used low-temperature hotmelt adhesive,
POLI-FLEX® 4950 CHALKBOARD can be transferred quickly and gently at low temperatures.
130 °C, 5 sec / 150 °C, 4 sec / 160 °C, 3 sec
Suitable for use on cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.
NYLON (uncoated):
Pressure: 2,0 bar [low pressure]
Temperature / Time: 150 °C,
Pre Heat 5 sec.
Apply to Nylon 5 sec.
Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply for further 10 sec.
