Not only can you print on Color Up with Ink jet and Laser printers, you can use any standard ink pen like felt tip pens, markesr, gel pens or even watercolour paints.
Imagine printing your childs favourite character on your ink jet printer and then they colour it in with watercolour paint for a unique design!

• Print: POLI-TAPE® COLOR UP can be printed with all current inkjet and laser printers*. The vinyl offers an excellent planarity with improved printing, due to lamination of a self-adhesive PET-film on the hotmelt side. After printing the motif can be easily cut with scissors or a CAD/CAM plotter.

• Painting/Drawing: POLI-TAPE® COLOR UP can be painted with commercially available ink pens* such as felt-tip pens, fineliners, markers, gel pens, and watercolors. After designing, the motif can be cut with scissors or cutter

The design should be transferred with an application tape to achieve a matt and homogeneous surface. The application tape must be peeled off luke warm, when transferring a laser print, the tape must be peeled off cold.
If no application tape is used for transfer, the printed surface of POLI-TAPE® COLOR UP must be protected by a silicone paper or a release-coated casting paper during the thermal transfer. 

Important note: POLI-TAPE® COLOR UP can only be ironed on the reverse side
Nylon and textiles with a hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable, as well as textiles with sublimation dyes.
